Our mission is to ensure fair and equal housing opportunities for all residents of southern New Jersey. We are proud to be one of the first HUD-certified housing counseling agencies, helping over 100,000 residents secure housing, avoid mortgage foreclosure, rental eviction, predatory lending, and discrimination.
JCHD provides affordable housing in Burlington and Camden counties. Our Lumberton Independent Living Campus provides affordable, accessible housing for 55 plus and disabled residents. This development offers one- and two-bedroom apartments equipped with accessible features to promote independent living.
